Shipping cost is determined based on the cost of your order plus destination.
If applicable you will find your method of free shipping listed on the Shipping
Information page within the shopping basket. If you are offered free UPS Ground for
delivery, we provide (when applicable) the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping
method such as second day or next day for a small fee.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. For security reasons UPS
ships to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. All packages with value
higher than $148.67 are signature required. All Jewelry orders above $99.97 are signature
required. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released
to our carriers. Destination address for delivery or shipping speeds cannot be changed once an item is in transit
Shipments outsise of US must be paid by eother PayPal or Bank Wire. All shipments outside of US must be shipped via USPS
All orders will be shipped pending approval. Customer support may contact customers for
additional information as required. Most orders ship out within 1-4 business days.
It may takes from 1 to 5 additional business days for the order to reach
the recipient. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately
by e-mail or phone when number is provided as to the reason for the delay. All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS
and may take an additional 5 business days.
Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping method that you select. As indicated above, most orders are
estimated to arrive within with 1 week. However, you may expedite delivery by choosing UPS Overnight
Delivery for $24.00 Plus Insurance. Your Overnight Delivery should arrive next business day. Other options are offered for delivery such as 2nd or 3rd day delivery.
If the item you ordered requires manufacturing, delivery time may take up to 5 extra days. All estimated arrival dates are assuming immediate approval of your credit
card's issuing bank.
Return policy is 5 days after receiving merchandise.
